Went in to purchase a storm door to fit an opening 33 inches in width. They special ordered me a 34" door, for some reason. They completely refused to return it, because it was a special order. No apologies, no attempt to correct the issue, just $239 down the drain. Not to mention the time spent hauling a door back and forth. Here's the kicker: the size I needed was in their regular stock. It never needed to be a special order in the first place. Home Depot: a terrible waste of resources and human effort.
I am a small business owner and at this location multiple times a week. Not only are they incredibly helpful, but I am always treated with respect and kindness. I am visibly pregnant and they ALWAYS make sure I have help loading all of my supplies into my car. I won't go to another location - they are the best!!
The man in the tools department that helped us pick out jigsaw blades was awesome! Thanks!!
