RecommendedGood store but with everyone building and doing home improvements it’s hit or miss if they have what you need due to supply and demand. We had to go prob 6 times to get everything we needed to complete our project
I ordered a grill online, fully assembled to be delivered. It was delivered, falling apart and left on my front lawn. After I called, they made a notation to deliver a new one and put it on the porch, Nope it was on the front lawn again. Did I mention it rained today, on the new grill while I was at work. Despite their asst' manager telling me he would get to the bottom of it and call me back, he never did. I had to keep calling him. customer service is outstanding
we had a snafu with delivery on 6 ton of block we ordered, but Elizabeth and JT were amazing .
So NOT use Curbside pickup. No one answers the phone. Sat for 15 minutes trying to get through. Thankfully my fiancé was with and just went in to pick up while I waited in the car with our boys. 6...yes 6 employees at the desk all not answering the phones just standing there!!!! What a joke! Highly disappointed and will be contacting corporate as well...don’t advertise something you aren’t going to actually do.
this home depot in st. clair pa is apparently not truck driver friendly. I've spent just in the past 2 weeks a few hundred dollars in there, pulled in with my truck today and was told I cannot park my truck in their half empty lot. so they post a customer today.
