My husband ordered a dryer and the company they used came at 10:05am left at 10:07 leaving a note saying they were there at 10am left at 10:15. Company scheduled a appointment for the next day. I sat in front of the at 5:30am my husband gets email saying they changed the schedule again for tomorrow. I call them they tell me they came at 5:49am. It was very confusing which line to get it. They had one line for self checkout and reg cashier combined When I complained the girl said they were under staffed. I didn’t think that was cool how everyone had to wait in one line when the cashier didn’t have a line. All the workers at self checkout when they could have opened another line.

Buyer beware. Asked for cabinet recommendation and Brittany suggested Home Decorators Cabinetry, a mid-point semi-custom cabinets. Should have done my research. This company is owned by Home Depot

I just spent $260.00 here and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!! When I first walked in,the bucket with the hand wipes for the carts was empty. So I picked up the empty bucket walking towards customer service desk to see female employee on her cellphone. I handed her the empty bucket. She couldn't find another one. Terrible customer service. Went into the store to get some help with placing an order. After an hour of fumbling where the order was lost, the associate told me to “get the app.” I did. Ordered on the app. Promised delivery date. Contractor scheduled. Today is delivery date and the order hasn’t even been processed yet. Going elsewhere next time. Sad because I’ll have to drive 30 miles to Lowes but done with this local HD.

I bought a washer on 8/14. they said it would be delivered the following Monday between noon and 4pm, with a call 40 minutes before delivery. Monday came, got an automated call saying same thing. then no more calls-- nothing. i checked online and it just showed the delivery date 8-22. I called the number for "logistics" he was going to do and call back. nothing. Now i check again online and get a contact for "support," she can't find out anything except they are throug… See more

Does not honor it advertised pricing and will literally lie in order to cover up an error (Management mainly) and "1-800-Home-Depot" will refuse to give you any anwer that my put them in a bad light.
