We purchased a refrigerator 3 weeks ago. Ours at home had died and frozen items were melting. The ice cream was the consistency of a milk shake. This was Sunday and a repair man would not come until Thursday. We had to deliver the unit ourselves after renting the truck. The unit is not what I wanted but that was an emergency. Three weeks later I tried to return the unit and Home Depot has a no return policy on appliances. This place is the absolute best store ever. The associates are all helpful, friendly and make you feel at home. I really appreciate all the help I get from everyone there on each visit!! Would give it 10 stars if possible
Ordered a washing machine last weekend which was suppose to be delivered today. Been without a washer for a week plus, and get a call saying the whole delivery team called out. So have to go another week with no washer. Wish I could cancel my order and go to another store who will deliver it today.
It was a wonderful experience at Home Depot this morning. I needed to get wood blocks cut in different sizes for an installation that I am working on. Scott ( I hope I got the name right) at lumber section, help me select the wood to my specifications. He cut the wood to the sizes I needed, exactly the way I wanted it. He was patient even though I need a good amount of them. The gentleman in the paint section guided me into choosing the right set. No encontré un set de llaves torx...no tiene muy buenos precios..los precios son altos y regulares ...she más hace falta personal o empleados que hablen español.
I have purchased 2.5 in faux wood blinds several times over the years... A week before Christmas I purchased three sets.. they warped. I returned them and reinstalled the new ones last week.. they are all horribly warped again.. a week later. These are the Home Depot branded Home Decor. I don't know what to do.. The guy said, "are they in the sun?"... not that it matters.. they are to protect the house from the sun shine.. Actually angry about this.. every time I look at them.
Every time i come go in there . Everyone is very nice and helpful.
The employees where really helpful even when I has no clue what the correct word was for the piece I was missing.
