This is a warning if you are planing to buy a Security door for security There is a problem with the security door installed at our townhouse in tempe It is NOT an installation problem. The young man who installed the door was very helpful and neither of us noticed the problem. There is such a large gap between the new expensive security door and the frame that anyone including my self can put our hand inside the gap and open the door. Always a fun trip for my son, we love the garden center. Also customer service is wonderful there. Especially plumbing 💞 I really have to say I love going to home Depot more than I do any store or mall. lol
I wouldn’t recommend this store. I can never get help to have material cut. Today I waited over 20 minutes at the panel saw. This was AFTER I asked a cashier if anyone was available to make some cuts to which he stated “I’ll call some one right over”. Turns out the 2 kids that should be working in that department were at the customer service desk chatting. I found this out because I had to finally go up there to see if I could get help. Management should be more aware of what is going on in their store and have some control ... read more

Customer service is always great!
Today I went into HD with an idea/plan of what I needed to complete a project. Although HD didn't offer the material I had in mind "Kristin" (employee) asked what I was trying to accomplish and created a different option for me to consider. Her idea exceeded my budget, and she surprised me when she offered to take $30 off the price in order to solve my problem. I accepted her offer, and thanked her more than once.
