This has got to be the worst Home Depot I've ever dealt with. I ordered 64 50lb bags of concrete. they delivered it a week later than they were supposed to. when they finally got it here some of the bags were busted like someone stuck forklift forks in them. I told the driver , whose only response was that's the way they loaded on my truck. I paid an extra $80 to be put in my shop out of the weather. Very disappointed in Home Depot in Hammond, Louisiana!!! I recently purchase a Kitchen Aid refrigerator and had it delivered to my home. This was not a display model or a discontinued item.. this was a full price Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Since this is a new construction home my plumber was here to install on the day it was scheduled to arrive at my home but The Home Depot NEVER showed even though I confirmed the delivery the day before. Monday, August 3, 2020 went to Home Depot and people everywhere were walking with no mask on. Ridiculous! Guess next time we will go to Lowe’s and see if they care.

My heroes of the day! My first visit and I was very impressed. I managed to leave a "lasting impression". Left my wallet at the check-out. Somehow they managed to figure out how to contact my son. Wallet retrieved.
I have never experienced such exceptional customer service before. I travel with the renaissance festival- and Will, among many others, were so kind, witty and understanding. I'm not much of a handyman, but the folks here really helped me get my camping spot in tip top shape to weather anything louisiana has to throw at me. I cannot recommend this location enough - they are absolute rockstars.
