Spent 5800 on flooring that was supposed to be delivered direct to home on the 30th of March still nothing. Home was torn apart so had to spend an additional 1400 for store stock just to make daughters area livable. Excuses after excuses from the vender. Store managers solution was just cancel order and pick something else a lot easier said than done seeing he’s not the consumer experiencing this issue. Absolutely no professionalism.

wonderful customer service. 2 guys helped me in lumber and were super respectful and helpful. I drove from Queen creek, because the store there is horrible!!
This is a warning if you are planing to buy a Security door for security There is a problem with the security door installed at our townhouse in tempe It is NOT an installation problem. The young man who installed the door was very helpful and neither of us noticed the problem. There is such a large gap between the new expensive double security door and the house frame that anyone including my self can put our hand inside the gap and open the door. 30 people standing outside and a 107ﾟ weather and only A 150 people inside in a 200000 ft² building?! O and of course no one was practicing social distancing outside so what's the freaking point? You guys seriously need to reassess your social distancing Program. To only have a 150 people in a store that size and to have everybody waiting outside in this kind of heat . Not very smart
Horrible customer service! I am done with this outfit. The line to exchange an item was 30 minutes today. From now on it's Lowes for me. Home depot definitely is screwing up this Virus thing. They had bad customer service before the virus, but now it's terrible!!

I have been coming to this Home Depot since I was a kid and now I love that I take my kids. We came here last night because we needed materials to build a raised garden bed and Jake in the lumber section was so nice and so helpful he even let my nine-year-old daughter help lift the wood and it made her feel really special. We love the Kids workshops and wish they were every weekend!
