Carries some things I can't find at my local hardware store so I'm forced to come here. Selection is actually not great for a warehouse store. Customer service is abysmal, I regularly have to interrupt employees socializing with each other to get help, and then it is clear that the employees are 0% interested in helping me. If I were a manger here half of the employees would be fired immediately.
Your store is neat and clean and the aisles are nice and wide. Your staff are polite and very helpful. Today a young woman by the name of Gabby was a wonderful help. She spent all the time we needed with us and answered our questions and gave good advice. Another woman whose name I've forgotten, doggone it, was also very helpful in the bathroom counter covering area. I just wish we knew when we were there that they give a Military discount! We could have used it. :(
