On 5/1/2020 I shopped at Home Depot Sherwood. No employees were wearing masks nor were the shoppers. The carts were not being disinfected. It clearly is not not important to Home Depot or their reputation.
Parking lot is an easy in and out. The staff are VERY courteous & helpful. Everything I needed was easy to find
I will literally drive past this Home Depot, to once twice as far before I ever step foot in this location again. True story.
It's a 15 minute drive to the Sherwood Home Depot. Went yesterday for their Black Friday sale. I arrived at 5:45 am for their 6:00 am opening. No free donuts this year, oh my. All the 99 cent poinsettias were grapped by frenzied shoppers, oh my. I did buy 2 - 300 LED light sets. Home again by 6:30 am. I won't go back again. ���
You guys are always so amazing in your service. I feel like I'm interacting with friends and family the entire trip. Everyone is so helpful and wants to make it right--- and it's not always easy to do that! But somehow, you make a dreaded trip (that lasted 3-hours) into something not so sucky. THANK YOU, Geri and team for exceeding- constantly- my expectations!! ��
Purchased fan #1and had to return it due to the fact it was missing parts. Purchased fan #2 and asked if we could plug it in to make sure it worked and they said they were not allowed to do that. I wanted to try and avoid a problem and Max refused. I got it all the way home only to find out that it was also broken. I called before going back to return it and the man (Max) who helped me in the store took the phone call. he said obviously we were having problems with their fans and maybe we should just take our business somewh... read more
