It was hard to get anyone to help us find what we were looking for. Everytime we would try and find a employee to help us they would look away and avoid making eye contact like they didn’t want to be bothered. Other than that they did have what we needed once we were able to locate it and the products were fine. Less than desired customer service though.
It saddens me that the closest hardware store to me has such horrible customer service. I won't be back.
Is this the same company that sacked the worker who tried to help a child from being abducted then had to re-hire him because of the outrage? If it is SHAME on you ....
I take my two kids every month for the kids workshop. Everyone is great and my kids have an awesome time.
Don spent an unbelievable amount of time yesterday to ensure all of the locks/deadbolts/knobs/keys were all matching. To get that type of service and quality was well appreciated by my husband and I. He is a first rate employee. Great job, Don!
Love the in store deals on "old plants"...just gota keep looking.
