Bought a new washer and dryer there and they delivered a dented damaged dryer that didn’t even work. Then when talking to Hone Depot to remedy the issue they told us we had to go through Whirlpool and they couldn’t help us. Are you kidding me. That is the crappiest customer service ever. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot again.
Bought an in sink erator $ 124.00. paid $ 128.00 for instalation, suppose to be this week. Got a call from the company, won't be here til Sept 8th. NOT very happy, they should have a more reliable company doing their jobs. Will. NOT buy from home depot ever again.
The worst experience. Ordered Kitchen cabinets from them was my first mistake. Ordered everything beginning of July. Received July 23rd. Dumped in my drive way....one. Two cabinets busted. Re ordered and these two busted cabinets take longer to ship than the original order? Re order placed August 2nd and now nothing coming till August 24th? They just notified us actual shipment was placed the 14th, which is funny because the home depot staff told us it's all been shipped the 6ths! Very unhappy at the moment. Been waiting a week for an appliance delivery and install. My son waited and then I came home early from work and waited. No call no show?! Really! Where is customer service? I had a call yesterday that told me they would be here? No one called after that? I called to find out what happened and the automated system said it was now scheduled for August 8. Really? What happened to customer service?
Very poorly run, they have no idea about the incorrect information they give out. How do you not know where peoples product is, and quit saying it will be on the next truck, day after day. Cancelled the order and went to a place that treated us fairly and had the product in stock and at a cheaper price!! Pretty sad when you order items at the same time, one from Oregon City Home Depot and the other from China and the one from China arrives in five days and we have yet to see the item from Home Depot
The one and only guy HD had out loading mulch and bark dust for ALL the customers was very polite and caring.... very helpful with my 40 bags of mulch.
