customer service, product, and contracted install companies are a joke.
Customer Service is a big thing with me. I'm checking out at the self check and the person running that area really wasn't too focused on the customer. More into chit chatting with her co workers. When a customer is present its probably best to focus on them then continue your conversation later. It was the young lady with colorful long nails.
Nothing like spending a few hours in the paint department for nothing. Don't get your paint matched here. They tried for almost 2 hours only for me to finally give up and leave. Went to Miller Paint this morning, 100% match, no problem.
Pathetic store. I stand in line for 10 minutes and cashier walks away and doesn't day a word. I wont be back
So disappointed. Never did get the gas grill I ordered for my husbands 60th birthday. All set up online but calling to check on the delivery was a nightmare. First mixup about whether it was assembled or not. Then promised delivery and even said it was ON THE WAY! Never received call from supervisor handling it. Must have called ten times not including our local Home Depot Rep calling to help us out. (Order should have been routed through there anyway). Never came. Had a great experience with a very knowledgeable associate by the name of Donny. We're remodeling our master bathroom and he was so very helpful. Probably the best service we've ever had. I hope management can give him some kudos for a job well done!
Great place to shop since I know where everything is , Plus the people there are always friendly and help if you need help :)
