Everytime I come to this home depot they are always helpful
I just went in to find a vinyl panel that would hold up in my bathroom. I asked for help 3 times and each time I was told that it's in aisle 24 and they walked away... no one offered to walk me there or pick out what I was looking for.... one girl couldn't even be bothered to stop wiping the counter in the back long enough to look at me. Horrible
This place is great until you ask someone a question. I asked for a receipt print out cause i lost mine. She call the manager on duty to pull it up and the manger was so rude. She acted like I asked so much of her when it wasnt the case. If I did its still your job. She clicked a mouse a few times and wella there it was. So after i got my receipt she just staired at me. I didnt know if that was all i needed or not, but wasnt about to ask her so i said thanks, no response from the manager, so just left with the piece of paper... read more
Horrible customer service. Waited 30 mins and still no help. I went two weeks ago to get paint mixed, lady tried to sell me $35 a gallon paint. I specifically asked for a particular brand and color. She refused to acknowledge the brand I wanted. A little over a month ago I had wood cut, all the pieces were off by almost an inch. 3 strikes and your out! Won't be going back.
Medina HomeDepot you strike again.... 1st our blinds, you missed several on our 21 window install. Then the ones you did half the turn controls were on the wrong side. It took several months for it to finally be corrected. 2nd our paint, you did not tell us the expensive one coat paint that we purchased we had to choose a Marquee color. That if we went with A Home Decor Classic it would not work in one coat.
