This location no longer gives a veterans discount to veterans who have the designation on their Ohio drivers license. In order to receive the discount, you must possess a federally issued document or military ID. To get the designation on your license, you must present your discharge papers. There is no better proof of service above your discharge papers (DD214). This is ridiculous and I will now take my business to Lowe’s, where your veterans status is known by using the MyLowe’s card with out presenting any form of ID.
We sign up every month to do the Kids Workshops. The past two months when we’ve gone at the time we signed up for, you have no projects left and we are left with two sad kids. Why have a sign up sheet if you don’t honor it? Seems like a simple fix to hold projects for the people who actually sign up for the workshops.
The products sold are cheap over-priced junk. You can do better!
I've never had such a bad experience at any store. I went today to self checkout where an elder women worker and a young pregnant worker were the rudest employees. They gave me a very hard time over my few products.
I am so impressed that Home Depot has added dedicated parking spots for Purple Heart recipients. Showing the combat wounded our respect is the least we can do for all they've done for us. I've only known one Purple Heart recipient, my father. Sure wish he was still here to see this. Home Depot, you've got and have always had my business. Thank you!

JUST went in there to ask about laminate flooring. Wasn't pleased with the help I received. The middle aged (40-50's) guy was VERY rude and cocky! I explained to him I just had a room sized from different company and I just wanted a rough estimate on how much it was going to be all together. Instead he gave me a hard time and just gave me prices for each thing! I'm sorry, but do I look like a human Calculator and then tell me it's going to cost about the same as the other company, but how is $1.89 sqft going to cost the same... read more
Sometimes it's difficult to find an employee... but once we did... he was great!
