Been here 3x within 3mon and no issues. Employees were helpful
Spent 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me get a concrete form. When i finally found someone he had to run off to get something. 20 minutes later still never showed back up. Off to lowes where i can get help.
By having sales associates to help and to check you out. I don't receive a paycheck from HD so I don't expect to have to check myself out but often that is the only option unless you want to wait at Customer Service. If we have to do self check-out we should get the employee discount. Everyone was so nice helpful..I'd drive all the way home depot in douglasville before I ever go to the one on thornton rd...no one help me load anything or did they care..never again go to home depot on thornton rd...

Home Depot in Douglasville is the worst. I have been waiting on my microwave to be installed for twelve days now. No call no show not once but twice. And I spoke to the store manager Scott and Nick, still no help. Stay away.

Ordered a frigidair, refrigerator on may 2. It was delivered on may 7. I went back on may 8 because the ice maker was not making any ice. They schedule for someone to come out on Saturday to install the ice maker. I was at my sons Counceling appointment when the installer called. He told me that if I couldn't be home with in 15 minutes that I would have to reschedule. The next earliest appointment was for Thursday.
