When delivering appliances - remove the old ones! Even if the new one is being returned as damaged!
I will not be going to this Home Depot or any other location that does not have a lane with an actual cashier working it.If a company wants to add a self check out as an option that’s fine. I already have a job. When I come to your store to purchase things I have no aspirations of providing you with my assistance so you don’t have to hire as many cashiers.
I bought appliances the day before thanksgiving and Home Depot screwed up delivery not once but 3 times and no showed on delivery!!! I absolutely do not recommend Home Depot for purchasing anything! $4000 worth of appliances still not delivered !!! The order will be cancelled and I will go to HHGREGG !!
the delivery service for appliances gives you a window of 4hrs but does not deliver within that time frame. still don't have our washer/dryer after them being over 1 hr past the latest time they stated!!! Will not use them again.

This is mind and my granddaughter thing every month!!!! Our Time!!!!!!
customer service was non existent. waited for help for over 30 minutes. they were paged numerous times and no one ever showed to assist me. will not be returning here to shop
