Not impressed with the employees in carpet whatsoever. Told one thing and experience thee exact opposite while they play on their cell phones. Just cost me several hundred dollars I’ll take my pro account to a branch with more professional help completely disgusted and it’s not the first time at this location!!!
Service isn’t what it once was. I waited over a half hour to be attended. I asked for help from one of the cashiers she never called anyone and she saw we were patiently waiting. But someone came and gave her a break and she walked away. I then asked the next person for assistance in the carpenters area. Piss poor customer service. Bought a mower online for $850+ (including tax) in June. It stopped working in August so I took it to their repair shop. They said they would be in touch soon but after a few days, I went up there to learn that the mower was shipped to ATL for repair. Fast forward 7 weeks and over $150 in mower rentals (from HD) and I’m out over $1000 and nothing to show for it. Worst customer service at their appliance department. Not even the manager wanted to help remedy the complaint for a terrible delivery and condition of an appliance.
Paint counter help is extremely rude. Have to ask for help will employee plays with phone.
I hate to be that customer, but I must inform other customers on the problems with Home Depot’s sales, delivery and installation departments.
