This store has amazing customer service. I am of course last minute shopping for my son's birthday party. A sales representative, Tommy, came to my rescue! He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond the call of duty.
Worst experience ever! Ignore the 5 day carpet installation promise! 2 weeks since order was placed and many hours on the phone. Supposedly carpet came in defective. They could not promise us it even 10 days from now. Blamed it on the carpet installers. No discount, no compromise and many promises of returned calls did not happen. And outright lies noted when corporate got involved. I minute Shawn is at lunch. 1 hour later he is gone for the day. Someone was supposed to call us the next day. No call! Big surprise!
Idk if it's just this home depot or all my husband who is a contractor and I made a placed special instore order for siding for a physically disabled elderly man on March 9th we was told it would be delivered March 21st we paid in full cash almost 2,000 and delivery charge after it didn't show he was giving the run around and told it would be the 27th after calling today he was told it was no longer marked for delivery this has been the most ridiculous order I've ever placed with any company then the customer was horrible to... read more
This is not about Home Depot. I am writing to warn you against purchasing LG appliances. I purchased an LG appliance suite in November 2015. Within 10 months, all appliances except the microwave required some type of repair. The microwave, only because we didn't hang it until this year. We had to redo our cabinets to get it to fit. It broke after less than 10 uses. LG offered to repair the microwave. I am still paying for a set of what are now refurished appliances. That is not okay with me.
