Shame on Missoula, MT Home Depot. Fire a firefighter for protecting your homes and property. You made deal by promising this young man his job wa secure. Well, this story has now reached Alaska. We will boycot as well.
Will never shop at another Home Depot again after they fired an employee who is a firefighter during Montana's horrid fire season.

Shame on this store for firing a first responder who was our battling wild fires in there own state , I believe I spend about 80% of my hardware business at home depot and 20 at Lowe's or other hardware stores but I assure you the slightly lower prices are not worth giving to a company that favors greed over employees who are willing to risk there lives for there community !
Shame on Home Depot in Missoula Montana. One of their employees was recently fired for helping to fight the fire in Hamilton Montana. When he was hired it was agreed by Home Depot that since he was a volunteer Firefighter should the need arise for him to help fight fires that he would be allowed to do so without consequent of loosing his job, well, they fired him for doing just that.
