2nd review in less than a week..Still hating it... in continuation of our previous review.. no improvement.. we were told they’d be here between 8 and 11 this morning.. another no show!!! This makes 3 so far.... Home Depot do y’all even read these things??? Do y’all have any idea what kind of incompetent subs y’all are letting use y’all’s name???? More importantly... do you care?
We scheduled new carpet to be installed 3 days before Christmas... moved all furniture into kitchen and bathrooms and pulled old carpet and pad out.. no show again. Today is Christmas Eve.. supposedly they’ll be here the day after Christmas.. in the meantime we’ll have some beautiful Christmas pics this year our bare plywood floors.
I love shopping here! They are always so nice and friendly!
I've just made my final trip to Home Depot in Cartersville. It's always a hassle to get a military veterans discount there. Across the street is a much friendlier experience at Lowes. My wife wanted to go to HD. Now she got to see firsthand what I already knew about HD. That's the last dollar of mine HD will ever see.
They resell returned products without knowing if it's usable!!!! Bought flooring and found out half through the job it had moisture damage!!!!�

Had an awesome experience at this location, certainly above the rest in customer satisfaction, top of the line quality products, a willingness to go above and beyond and in answering all our questions, and the most down to earth employees who are very knowledgeable. They certainly know how to interact with their customers, making them feel right at home...at The Home Depot (Cartersville), why would anyone want to shop anywhere else!
