Purchased a washer a dryer and scheduled for Home Depot to do the delivery and installation. My delivery time was to between 3:00-7:00 pm. Not what I would choose but what I was assigned. I sat at home waiting and finally called at 6:30 to get an automated message telling me that my delivery time was now 6:00-10:00 pm. Oh no! You’ve got to be kidding! I called the store. Great little workshops for kids once a month
I am pretty upset and angry. For the second time, I ordered an appliance to be delivered from Home Depot. For the second time, after being told I had to be available during a 4hour window of their choosing, the delivery company does not show. They do not call, nothing. Just a now show. They don't work on Sundays, awesome....so guess they aren't going to make it up to me by bringing the dryer to me today!! I know that Home Depot contracts with them. Had a big issue with my new toilet...Darlene in appearance went far and beyond to help me figure it out....called the Kohler company and we together with Kohler resolved my issues with a new toilet....even though home depot want take the voucher from kohler they sent me to Lowes....Darlene...was great..she should get a bonus. ....

We go to Home Depot quite a lot...the quality of the materials and all are excellent...we are so appreciative of the help that is always extended and given to us...we purchase quite a lot from this one store here in Cartersville in particular...been a customer for years, and plan to make another big purchase very shortly...again...thank you for your help, quality of merchandize, and excellent service...The Campbells...
