9998 this ourselves, they won't accept sheet cake We started the process of replacing our patio door in March 2018. Only one person knows how to schedule a pro measure. After the third trip to the store we finally set up that appointment on April 9th. The first set of doors arrived damaged. Reorder. My son and his wife went to home depot in tooele for a new stove, they purchased it and was told it would be delivered around the 26th, the day before delivery they sent them an email telling them it wouldnt be delivered until the 8th of march, they had already gotten the old stove out and hauled off, now they are stuck with no stove, 4 kids, and a hot plate to cook on. No explaination as to why its taking so long, no sorry's, no reinbursments, no loaners, no response. Not very good customer service, or PR, im just sayin�
We were at Home Depot Saturday evening. We were looking to purchase a composite kitchen sink that was on display. Art and Dave from hardware and plumbing were so helpful to try to find the product which looks like it has sold out in every store in the state. They called their manager to get approval to remove the one on display, got the approval and within a half hour had the display sink in our cart. Way to go above and beyond. Thank you for your professional assistance and excellent service. You guys are great!!
