Terrible customer service, do not order appliances from them. They will show up to your house broken or damaged. 1/10
I am in need of so many items for my home and I am basically begging them to take my money. I can never get any customer service and when I do, they are rude and short with me. I have a project loan and a credit card and no ability to spend that money because no one will work with me. I remember when Home Depot was all about Customer Service. What a horrible store! They have to be the rudest and most incompetent HD in the country and I’m sick of it!!! I’m contacting corporate office and requesting they do investigations into the management of the tooele branch.
RecommendedI had the most amazing experience at Tooele location today- it has made me a customer for life. I ask employee (shout out to Ken!) to help with finding a replacement part for a kitchen sink soap holder that broke. This employee went above and beyond to help me, only to realize the piece that broken isn’t sold separately and I would need to purchase a whole new set. I been doing business with home depot and I like it except Steve (asst. manager) and his bad attitude. I was trying to find a solution but he would denied it. Employees help more than the own asst. manager. why is he there in the first place if he isnt going to do his job right?
Just want to give a huge thank you to the staff at The Home Depot here in Tooele. They are so friendly and welcoming every time I bring in my boys Caesar and Rocky. Even tho it is a dog friendly store they go the extra mile to spoil them! 💖🐾 A special thank you to Rachel in the paint dept who my boys absolutely love!!
I hate coming to this particular Home Depot there is always several employees walking around but when u need help or have a question they pass it off to someone else... today we have been waiting over 35 mins to get some wood cut... it’s ridiculous... I’m thinking this is why I never had an interview because I actually work they hire to stand around and play on their phones...
We always receive excellent service at Home Depot. This past week we went in for some items & saw their holiday seasonal items where on sale. I have to say Jason a manager & another gentleman I wish I had gotten his name helped us with buying a Christmas tree that was on display. They did not have a box so the other gentleman got us 2 large boxes to help us transport it home. After we got home & displayed the tree for a few days & play with it ;) we where able to use these two boxes to store the entire tree & decorations tha... read more
