RecommendedI wanted to give a shout out to the amazing employee who not only helped me but unfortunately had to also deal with my crazy ex mother in law who had to take out her anger not only towards me but also towards her. I brought my mower in for repair after only one season of use. It took 81 days for it to be returned to me. The center where it was sent told me one story, management told me another and told me I was lied to. Heidi, the manager was rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service....will never buy an appliance from them again. This is the second time I have had problems with the management in this store. Next time I will go to West Springfield or Chicopee.
There is a Gentleman that works at the Westfield Home Depot he’s in a wheelchair and this guy is absolutely awesome I’ve been there for five times with a question about something and he has steered me straight every time and save me a boatload of money just wanted Home Depot management to be aware of your excellent employee thanks again👍
The Westfield Home Depot has not paid my husband for two weeks of pay. He has left countless messages. They do not care about employees and tried to hide that they had a major Covid-19 outbreak.
Was not impressed with this particular at Home Depot during this pandemic. not only were they not enforcing social distancing quite a few of their employees were not wearing mask or protective gear. They were also allowing customers to enter the store without any kind of mask. Also They were definitely not enforcing a limit to how many people were allowed into the store.
The restrooms are always clean, well lit and maintained. If you can make it from the car to the restrooms (thankfully my potty trained almost 3 year old can) its better than almost all of the other restrooms on the strip. Don't worry, we buy a ton if stuff there too!
JC working in customer service has no business working in customer service. She was extremely rude, made no attempt at anything resembling customer service. Acted like we were inconveniencing her because she had to do her job. I was shocked by how she spoke to the elderly gentleman ahead of us in line.
