Hugh is my hero. I was looking at tile and he loaded 11 boxes on the cart. Then I was off to building materials, where he loaded four double bundles of green board sheet rock. He doesn't work in either department, he just cheerfully asked if he could help me. THANK YOU Hugh!!!!
Store is always a confusion, employees are rude. You have a setup with Diablo circular saw blades "buy a 40 tooth and get a 24 tooth free" of course your employee won't honor it. For now on I'll drive out of my way and go to Lowe's!!!

My elderly father recently purchased an appliance at the Home Depot in Zachary, LA. There were some issues with the appliance. After some back and forth with the maker of the appliance and the company out of Baton Rouge contracted to do repairs we contacted Home Depot. Larry was wonderful. He said do not worry we will get this resolved. Larry made many phone calls and assured us all would be ok. But the maker of the appliance did not follow through. Good customer service: sometimes it's hard to come by. I just called the Home Depot in Zachary about lawn mower repairs. I spoke with the tech and he was the friendliest, most helpful and upbeat person I've ever spoken with regarding sales/service. I didn't catch his name, but that guy needs a raise!
The home Depot in zachary ....i went into the store and there was no one there knew anything about what i was looking for, thats what you get when you hire alot of young stupid people. I will never shop there again!! Lowes has better prices too.
