RecommendedWe bought a grill in the box and decided to put it together the next day only to open it to find the top had a huge dent in it! We boxed it up and brought it back to the store! The store had no more in stock but we opted to exchange for a floor model! Customer service was friendly and helped to accommodate us in the exchange or refund! We were in and out in a matter of minutes!
I purchased a Samsung dryer they delivered it on April 17 dryer stopped working on April 28 and the store manager said it was nothing they could do they don't have any store warranty and Samsung is giving me the run around on a repair I also purchased a Samsung washer and a electric stove from home depot never again Thanks for nothing home depot
We purchased some plants this weekend for $14.98 and after getting home we noticed the price tags were actually marked up and placed over the original price of $8.98. I called the store to speak to a manager about it and the person who answered the phone identified herself as the store managers secretary refused to let me speak to him or her directly. Horrible customer service and completely incompetent. If you are interested in good customer service please go elsewhere.
Finding someone who will actually assist you with anything is next to impossible. Ask an employee to help get an item off the higher shelves and it takes forever. The cashiers are very nice but that’s about all I can say good about the store
Mr. Larry is an awesome salesman. He assisted me with all of my kitchen cabinets from the beginning to the end. He's and awesome asset to The Home Depot Company. Keep making your customers happy and satisfied with your professional attitude.
If there was a way to leave zero stars I would! They ordered the wrong sliding glass doors for me then acted like it was my fault. Then they had to nerve to ask me if I’d be willing to pay some of the compensation to have the correct doors installed! Who the heck does that, especially an Assistant Store Manager?!?! I always waited at least an hour to get assistance each time I went in the Zachary store & apparently one 1 person in the store knows the process of ordering doors & she didn’t even get my order correct!
