We have been without a sink, dishwasher, counters since December 31. Aweful response from Prescott AZ Home Depot!! No customer service for such a huge issue!! DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR YOUR KITCHEN REMODEL!!!
Bought a refrigerator on sale last dec. 12 mos same as cash. first one was bad, got second one in jan. Paid it off on Nov 30. THEY CHARGED ME INTEREST EVERY MONTH and changed the price on the refrigerator! I had Citibank contact them on my behalf but they never responded. Gonna have to assume they do this to everybody, and go to the Attorney General's office with my docs. Do not do business with Home Depot!
I wouldn't even give it a star. I've been a contractor for 15 years and this home depot is the worst. No customer service, the paint department guy hasn't a clue about paint products and what there for, the plumbing guy quit when I was there because they changed his schedule and while I was having blinds cut the guy had to stop mid way and get somebody else because he was going to go over on time. I will travel the extra distance to use a different store.
We have always had great service here in Prescott and Prescott Valley.
I'm giving 1 star so I can leave a comment. Horrible customer service! Purchased a electric hot water heater my husband installed it,next day still no hot water. Had it checked by a plumber and Electrictrian it had a bad element. Called Home Depot was told not to bring the hot water heater just bring the bad element and they would give me a replacement. Went to home depot was told no they were not replacing it because we didn't use their installer. It was our fault.
