I am very frustrated with the fact that almost all employees are not wearing masks, as well as 75-80% of customers.😡
I have come to know most of the employees there and they are very nice and helpful when I have questions. The last time I was there was Saturday 4/25/20 and a woman working in the garden area was so helpful even though she was busy with so many customers coming to ask her questions. She gave me a top on planting my strawberries in my plastic Whiskey barrel so I would not have to use so much potting soil and to help with proper drainage and to keep the container from being so heavy. Answer the phone RENTALS!
I have been calling this store for a week now! I have left a voicemail with the cabinet department and they still have yet to return my call. I called today 3 times now and no one even bothers to answer the phone. We planned on ordering custom cabinets from this store but plan to take our business elsewhere.
Paid Almost 4K in new appliances, delivered and installed BUT ended up with delivery the wrong day and, wait for it, I have a microwave and dishwasher sitting in my living room. The delivery guys wouldn’t install for various excuses and Home Depot apparently doesn’t have anyone else. Despite returning my money, I am left with trying to find an appliance co that will install asap. Very poor customer service!
Home Depot in Prescott, AZ is the greatest! Their generous donation of garden soil to the school my children go to has made many children happy. All of the kids planted the veggies and herbs today in the raised garden beds filled with all the soil needed, thanks to Home Depot. We feel so blessed to have a store that finds value in our future generations and future gardeners. Thank you Prescott Home Depot!
