Terrible customer service. Tried call 16 times to schedule an appointment for a drywall delivery. Receiving would never answer the phone. Update call 5 more times keep getting told we will transfer you to receiving. I get told they are there and will pick up as soon as call is transferred. It will ring for about 6 minutes then hang up. So we start the process all over again. Heck once I was even sent to lady that dose the hiring.
It was great. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great place
When you call to ask about products and ask to speak to a manager the young lady that answers the phone in the last month and a half has told me you're not going to speak to me that way and hangs up on me. Call back later, get somebody else to run down the rabbit hole with you. This is no way to run a business. Calling the store prior to purchasing a product and finding it's not on the Shelf when you live less than a mile from the store, this is no way to run a business.
