Bought a patio set yesterday and when we put it together it was packaged without a leg. Customer service was so helpful from the phone to when my husband got to the store. They were also so helpful yesterday! Thanks for all the hard work!
Wish they would actually give employees a discount. Instead of saying we don't do that cause we sell our stuff cheap enough.
I will do whatever necessary to get what I need from ANY PLACE OTHER THAN HOME DEPOT! They do not honor their own policies....price match is a joke, and forget about the extra 10% they are supposed to give if you find a lower price. They will use every excuse in the book to weasel out of a policy THEY WROTE! Shamefull....
