On December 1st Home Depot delivered a new refrigerator that I had ordered. They brought it into the house, set it in place, and hooked everything up for me. I was very happy with the customer service that I had received that day. On December 6th I noticed some water out front on the refrigerator and immediately pulled the fridge out and noticed the water connection to the fridge was slowly leaking out. I was just helped getting information on a home security camera. Jeff was knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. It was one of the better shopping experiences I have ever had . You should keep him.
The store was good but the Kids Building activity needs help. They did not have enough space or tools or aprons for the kids or the certificates for the kids or paint and stuff for the kids. I have been to other locations that have these things and it runs smoother then here.
We went to Home Depot after shopping at Menard’s because of cost and brand name. Taylor helped us out. I hate shopping at these places and I was already irritable. She was PERFECTION. Hilarious and helpful. Normally I hate shopping at Home Depot. She made it fun an manageable and I love her. Thanks for everything!!!
I don't think the company as a whole is terrible, and I haven't had any trouble with the products. This store though is poorly managed. There are never any employees around to help and if you need lumber cut just forget it. Also the store manager Cephas is about as dishonest as they get. I'm not someone who would normally say anything, but I what I have personally observed was unbelievable.
