We purchased a french door in door refrigerator back in Nov, had it delivered a few weeks later, the same day the door in door stopped working. We contacted both home depot and LG in order to get the first replacement. They got us a new one but it was a few weeks later as well to get the new replacement delivered. It’s a one stop shop. Hard to find bulbs to flooring and appliances. Knowledgeable / helpful staff.
i have used curbside pick up plenty of times in the past month... Today i had to call 8 times 2 of which the lady answered and asked me what i needed she hung up one me twice YES twice after i said im here to pick up my order... i had to call again then finally a male associate answered and brought me my order. i don't mind waiting 30 min for my order but having to call that many times then being hung up on is ridiculous. I believe his name is Mike on there contractor side. I needed paint for my Tuff Shed because someone did graffiti making fun of my husband’s suicide. He called the next day and even paid for the paint. I can’t thank him enough. Covering that up means more than you know.
