customer service in this store....NOT
worst store EVER! MY mother buys a brand new GE dryer. It dosent work, has to fight with them to get them to bring another, still dosent work right. Now still a MONTH later, not fixed. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Tammy in appliances was a horrible associate to deal with. The whole chain and GE is a nightmare. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

Compared to the competition? I think THD caters to the DIY's. If in doubt...come check the department demonstrations on Saturdays....I know I'll be there...
I just bought an Evaporative Cooler online. Set the store I wanted to pick it up from. Then I get a call after everything was set telling me you actually don’t have the cooler in stock and have to refund my money. I have now wasted an entire afternoon planning on getting this item from you. Now I have to go to Lowe’s and start the process completely over! Poor inventory and customer service as the employee who called me had no solution except to give me my money back!
Called store to check hours before driving all the way down there since it's Easter Sunday, I appreciate the fact that these guys need to have time off as well! What sucks is that they had plenty of time to change their voice recording saying they're open at 7 a.m. and when we get there, they say sorry we're not going to open till 8 a.m.... great now they wasted my time on Easter Sunday!
