there there is only one cashier I like at this location, I can't remember her name, she's at the register all the way on on the south end by by the by the big doors, She's awesome. I don't like the rest I waited for over a half hour I waited lumber for for help asked for help 3 times and no one ever showed up to help. lumber department sucks

Although they have some nice products, you are on your own. NO CUSTOMER service. Called three times phone just rings. The third time I let it ring over 20 minutes. At that time, it just disconnected me. Took a screen shot if the time as verification. If I didn’t have to get certain products there, I would never go. Unfortunately, they have pushed out all the smaller local businesses.
They could answer their effing phones. Trying to check on the status of an order...no answer
Sprayed my cart when I came in but the clerk's at the online order pickup counter wanted to handle my phone to see the email with the order number-i refused. Wanted to look at my drivers license which I then sprayed with my pocket disinfectant spray after she handed it back. And between customers, no hand sanitizing. So she handled my driver's license and bag of top soil with all the other customers germs. Pissed and called store manager after I left. Told her and she seemed unconcerned but said she’d check on it.
