If you have not been to this or other Home Depot.. they have put security guards at every door with scanners so the guards can scan you receipt ..to make sure you are not stealing....so they have little to no cashiers at times and very little to no help on the sales floor,, but, they can afford numerous security guards at every door so that when you check yourself out at the do it yourself checkout stand you do not steal from them..... Overall it is a place I shop frequently, I was just disappointed when an ad on the radio stated "Potted Assorted Palms" for 12.98 and they had none. Lacking in palms in general actually.
Best hardware store in a two mile radius. Ill be back next week for some swamp cooler parts.
Purchased blinds here and have regretted ever since. Poor service. Still waiting for some " Denise " to call us for the past month. Would never recommend anyone for any purchase here.
We stopped by this morning about 10:30, to purchase red paint. Picked our color, waited a little while, one guy finally shows up, no acknowledgement at all. No good morning, be right with you, anything. We waited a few more minutes, finally left. Customer service left much to be desired....you dropped the ball, and lost a customer. We ended up at Lowe's, we were waited on immediately.
