RecommendedNot really.. Sales reps didn’t know where things were located even with their hand held computers or devices in locating items in the store. Exhausting..!
I'm really disappointed about this Home depot location. I just came and noticed several people walking without a mask. when I ask, a guy that sounds the manager told me, he can't force customers to wear mask!! I won't shopping here till they enforce NM requirement to wear mask.
Very disappointed with HD allowing customers in without a mask as well as not monitoring number of people in the store!
I ordered (REPEATEDLY) online and every order has been ready within the hour. Everything about this place is just 1,000 more efficient than Lowe's. I waited for an hour at Lowe's just to pick up, not to mention I waited days just to get a "it's ready" email. Harbor Freight was just as bad! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR MAKING EVERYTHING EASY DURING SUCH HARD TIME! This is my new favorite hardware store!

Anne from customer service was excellent. We had purchased a Glacier Bay vanity. Upon opening it to install we discovered a drawer missing. Yes a whole drawer missing una sealed box. She helped finding the exact one at the Cottonwood store. when I arrived their Ismael had it waiting and we made the switch. Thank you.
I can't believe a company would rather keep a good employee down rather than give that employee value. When you have an employee that is constantly getting good reviews from your customers and works hard at their position, you show them value by allowing them to gain more experience in other positions. Not tell them that oh they are so great at their position currently that they must stay there. I'm certainly glad I don't work here and I hope this employee knows their worth and finds a company that values them.
I love this store and the friendliness of the employees. The garden section is pricy but does have quality things.
