Horrible! Spent over 80K at Home Depot on a renovation and everything was either late, bad or products where not delivered. Carpet guy was 6 hours late. I have a vacation home and drove 2.5 hours to be there on time. Get some lame excuse about a guy on vacation. Next I have a 60K cabinet refacing. Guy does not show after a 3 hours and some new guy dispatched from Norfolk another 3 hours away. excellent service, on the phone and on site. Despite few glitches the process went forward and got great collaboration with their installation company.
Certain employee in aisle stocking was very disrespectful in the lawn mower/parts section.
I am in this store a lot and I was in getting some small items and killing some time before an appointment and when I checked out I noticed most of the cashier's had patches or Band-Aids on their noses. Now I know it is your policy but due you really think that looks better than what's underneath? Everyone know why it's there.
Today, I went to Home Depot with a picture of something I needed for my lesson plan! Steve was very helpful and went far beyond his job duties to help me! It was only a $5 sale and he treated as if it was a far bigger sale than that! So thank you Steve!!!
