Apparently, this locations employees (or one female employee in particular) feel it’s appropriate and expectable to follow a man 4 isles through the store hitting on him, asking for/sharing personal information. Friendly curbside service to this handicapped Lady.
We ordered a counter top from Home Depot to install in our home and they said it would take 3 weeks to deliver. Delivery date was Oct 15th. On Oct 13th ( 2 days before planned delivery) they emailed us and said they have not even ordered the counter top yet because they didn't have it in stock. Why did it take so long to notify us? We sold our house and the replacement of the counter top is one of the conditions in the sale of our home. Highly recommend. I love the way everything is organized here. This has been the only store I saw can think out of the box. Handling a store having different online and in-store stores is not easy task I believe. Thank you for all your hard and proactive works.
They will not give Military discount for online purchase. Only in store purchase. That makes absolutely no sense. Lowes is only place to shop.
We came into the store today to get blinds for a few rooms. But after Brooklyn helped us order some for our bedrooms on homedepot.com , we saved enough money to be able to get the rest of the blinds needed for our house in the store today! He really went over and beyond with customer service. He is a great Specialist for Home Depot!
Went to flooring looking for some commercial carpet and was simply told that they had none in stock and to have a good day. Didn’t offer me any other options to order something or anything. I will never go back.
