Very disappointed with Home Depot today. I bought almost $2,000 worth of supplies like lumber, plywood, 4x8 siding sheets, 4x4s, concrete, etc. These are to repair an old shed and build a privacy fence. I asked for help loading it at least 4 times and they said they would. Yet no one did. Thank God another customer helped me load the 16 sheets of plywood. Not one Home Depot employee helped me though. They helped everyone else but not me. They will not be getting any more of this guys business except maybe for returns!!!! Abs... read more

They do not honor signage! And then the Manager did not have the best customer service at all. He told my husband that he probably spent more money than my husband (who owns an electrical company) at the store! As a former retail manager of a very big box company, I would have never said that out loud to a customer!! So rude and disrespectful.
Asked customer service desk for help finding a specific product. The response was basically “I’m not sure if we have that but it may be back there in that area.” I explained I was already backing there looking and couldn’t find it and that’s why I’m asking for help. Was told “You can always look online.” Thanks for nothing. I put down the rest of the merchandise was going to buy and left.

Found the product I went for,very quick checkout,all salesman very helpful to answer a few questions. All good.
On June 12th my husband purchased through an in store online order a Dyson V11 vacuum along with the $100 Home Depot extended protection plan in the Williamsburg store. He paid for the warranty with an American Express Home Depot eCard. The cashier did not give him a receipt for either item! He went back to get it and they are saying they have no record of it!
