The staff was friendly and helpful. Really gave us that old hardware store feel.
Amazingly they did everything perfect! Bought a security camera on line. Called store, confirmed they had it, and we went to store after driving a hour. Walked up to desk, signed paper work and out the door we went! Thank you for good customer service with a smile! Keep up the good work!
Great service and very professional employees. The employees did not just tell you what the box says they actually tell you solid information. Kevin the garden department head was extremely helpful. I cannot say thank you enough for helping me.
Just wish to share an experience I had today i used Home Depot services they made a mistake gave me incomplete merchandise drove 30 minutes away just to find out I had incomplete merchandise called them they told me to come back so they could address the situation I went back they gave me wrong materials to my surprise I realized when I got back to the job 30 minutes away called them again they told me to come back again finally giving me the correct merchandise after two hours of wasted time they felt it was satisfactory to... read more
I absolutely LOVE this store! Not too crowded and has everything I need.!
Twice I was asked if I needed assistance while inside the store -- Mind you, the store was NOT busy. When I acknowledged, the first guy turned around and walked away. The second guy went right back to his personal conversation with his co-worker. Then, when I was in the garden area, I was loading mulch. A worker looked right at me --never offered any assistance--and walked away to just WANDER around the area. So, I decided to take my landscape list and go elsewhere !!
