To whom it may concern it has come to my attention that y’all hire outspoken racist people.As a black person who spends money at this location I will no longer do so and I will suggest that others dont as well.
I don't recommend the service that was given in regards to my wife and I desiring plywood cut at specific lengths. One length was right and the other was more than an inch off. I realized that once we had checked out and har another store worker cut it the right size. I had to load up the plywood by myself for him to cut it. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY CAN'T HE HELP SERVE OUR NEEDS? Also the worker who initially helped us came back to talk with the worker who was now cutting our plywood to stop by. I just want to give a shout out to Jake! I can't in to pick up an online order and had just read about the kids build kits being available. I asked about it and he went and found ones there already gotten in and got a few hours to help get them down and made sure we had aprons and pins as well. I was very impressed and my kids are going to be so excited to build these! He was also prompt and took care of my online order pick up quickly and easily. Thanks Jake & HD!

if your hours are until 9pm, then walking to the store at 8:50 shouldn't result in locked doors and employees staring at you.
Worst customer service ever! One would think after spending 10k on appliances, and not receiving one of the items for over 3 months, and still haven’t received item, Home Depot may want to help appease the situation. But no, they say, “we told you not to buy this item and it’s not our fault”. OMG, how do you stay in business? Will not buy another thing from here and will spread the word!
