Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service in regards to removing an old appliance after purchasing a new one. We had a new stove delivered and were unable to release the old one because an insurance adjuster had to inspect it. We were assured there would be no problem having the old one removed. Okay I am writing a review over my $16,000 window replacement experiment! Well I decided to get my windows replaced. Due to cost it was divided into 2 separate orders over 7 months to afford them. With 4 trips to my house only 1 trip so far has been the correct windows. I just had the final large picture window replaced on 3-18-2021. Yep again they fully installed it, pulled the protective film off and you guessed it! WRONG WINDOW, doesn't match the other 4 that took 3 trips and installations to get them right! Wow!
