I was at Home Depot this past Monday night. I waited for what seemed like forever to get my wood cut. Jacob arrived, and apologized for the delay. He stopped to help another customer along the way. After he spent almost a half hour cutting my wood, double checking, triple checking to make sure he was accurate, he helped me find all the other needed supplies. Store has false advertisement and mislabeled products
Web site is really something. Every time I go to site I get Monroe, La as my store. Funny thing is I live over a thousand miles from there. Also web site is very hard to navigate to fine items.

Thank you to Cody and the other 2 employees who helped me pick out and load a hot water heater today! They may have just been doing there jobs but they were super helpful to this mama who had a 3 year old in tow. Made my life easier so I think they should be commended.
I have been waiting 3 weeks now after my damn deliver date of my flooring which was promised ordered on the 11th suppose to be In on the 16th ! Highly disappointed in the company . Paid up front for all new flooring through the house I will NEVER go to Home depot doe anything again. Worst customer service ever . Keep getting lip service and broken promises from the company even corporate is not keeping there promises . I recommend to everyone not to go to Home depot . You will just get screwed over
