Check this out: Anyone who knows our family knows that we spend a lot of money at Home Depot In Bridgewater NJ, and I mean A LOT!!! When working on home improvement projects, my husband will buy several sizes of an item to eliminate return trips. So he just went to return a box of new/unopened items worth $431. You need to better train your employees to not hug customers and ask them if they are married or come here often. Incredibly upset by the unprofessional manner in which your staff sexually harassed me today in your tile department.
18 customers waiting in the paint department, absolutely zero organization or order as to how the employees are helping customers, and four 60 year old + incompetent employees attempting to help people. I waited for over 25 minutes to be helped and then when it was finally my turn, they didn't tighten the lid prior to mixing paint exploded everywhere. This home depot sold us the wrong product on a friendly, helpful way a couple of times. I would it let it go for the times that they have been helpful and correct. However now we are appalled at their appliance delivery and installation team. They are unprofessional and ridiculously hiding behind layers of corporate and call center crap. Sitting here on hold for the last 20 minutes on my tenth call to customer service. I will do my best to avoid Home Depot and make sure friends and family avoid Home Depot at any cost. Great paint service. Great suggestions. So much better than the Bridgewater rt 202 store. They even gave my daughter a lollipop.
The people who work here couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Shirley, Rosa, and Brian. They were very busy on the coldest day of the year, but took time with each customer, patiently helping and going out of their way to help each person. Nice!
