Worst home appliance buying experience and absolutely worst delivery experience.
Worst customer service. When calling this evening I asked to be transferred to a specific department since customer service could nit answer my question. Then I was left listening to a ringing tone for over 10mins. Guess business is so good they don’t need mine.
curbside pickup is a joke - we've been waiting a half hour and nothing. they don't answer the phone, either. very disappointed in this store!

staff is always helpfull, one of the better HDs ive been to and will continue to go to.
very disorganized. Went to purchase something and got yelled out be Security for going to self checkout line. I was supposed to go stand in line of 20ish people waiting to check out with cashier and then after those people check out with a cashier I can use self check out. Asked why such a crazy plan and was told by security guard he is just doing his job. Went to customer service and was told they don't know. Off to Lowe's I go!
Thet have a nice selection of garden tools.
He was the best guy who sold you appliances
I was at your store this morning at 6:30 to purchase your 99 cent poinsettias and was pleasantly surprised at how big and beautiful they were! This location had plenty of staff on hand for help that were both knowledgable and friendly! Thanks again for a great Black Friday shopping experience!
