Lines where backed up and the cashier had no idea on how to help me.
Was supposed to have a washer delivered today. They said will be delivered between 3-7pm CDT. It is now 8:55pm CDT and still waiting on my delivery. No calls letting me if they will show up or running late. Are you still coming? I need to go to bed soon. People work the next day you know. I guess this is the service you get for “Free Delivery”.
I stopped at this store to pick up 1 item. I asked an employee where to find it and she pointed in the general direction and kept walking. Finally an older woman walked into the aisle. I asked her for help. She said she couldn't help me, but she would find someone to help me. After 40 minutes (mol) with no help, I was pissed. As I was leaving the store the second employee that I had asked for help was standing up front gathering shopping carts. I hate self check out lanes. They aren't fast, convenient nor easy to use. It's fine for The Home Depot to have them for people to use that like them but they should always, always have at least one real person running the register. This store had zero checkers available. The machine wouldn't accept the debit card so we switched to cash. It ate the $20 bill and then told us to insert the debit card. Had to fight to get change from the $20. Now I remember why I quit shopping at brick and mortar stores.
So homedepto replacement plan is not worth it.. replacement plan i would think means replace said item that brakes.. nope not true means ill send somebody. That wont even show up to look at said AC. But will order parts that will take 7 to 10 business days to get it in and who know when to fix it.. but yet never came to look at it... called and complained and yet still going to have to wait tell monday.. chris was here all day waiting for them to come and we both wo...Continue Reading
Not anyone to help you most of the time. Short on help
I’m absolutely at my last straw with Home Depot! Ordered a dishwasher and microwave online. They had free shipping for spending x amount of money. They had a scheduler that allowed me to pick my day. I picked something that would work for me. Apparently something happened to my order and they had to resubmit it, and I was told that day was no longer available.
