i went into this store to purchase multiple boxes of siding and wood siding, needless to say i ended up having to load and unload 80 lbs boxes by myself because there was no one in the store at the time to assist me... the lady at the cashier says, "just order it online and the pullers will pull your order when its your turn!" BUT I NEED IT NOW REASON WHY I CAME TO THE STORE PERSONALLY!!
I’m very sad, The Home Depot in Midwest City died yesterday. I have spent over $15,000 at Home Depot in the past few months and hope they spend it wisely because they will not get my business anymore, I refuse to use self checkout and this store has decided that it’s self checkout or no checkout, not one regular employee run lane was open. I called to express my concerns and after 15 minutes on hold gave up. Lowe’s here I come, please don’t follow in The Home Depot’s footsteps 😩

My husband is a veteran and we went in to purchase products and they have a policy to give veterans discounts My husband has it on his drivers license he’s a veteran which when you get it on there you have to take your DD 214 to show you are. They said they won’t take it as a Veterans ID. Lowe will and every place we go does but them They said they will take it on Veterans Day and July the 4th only.
We purchased a grill June 4th to be delivered June 8th. We got a call June 7th stating they sold our grill to someone else. They tried to make us take the damaged display. They ordered another grill and tried to deliver it on June 15th, it showed up all scratched up! They again tried to get us to take the damaged display. They finally got another grill in today, July 3rd, and delivered it. It’s scratched up!!! This is very frustrating!!! This is a nice Kitchen-aid grill! Terrible customer service.... Would not recommend.....
Would not give me military discount at this location even though I have veteran stamp on drivers license. At Lowe’s I can sign up online and get discount by just typing in phone number I don’t even have to show I.d.
Dave at Home Depot knows everything! Super helpful - wonderfully cheerful - I aspire to be more like Dave! He was so kind and such a wonderful guy. Home Depot is very fortunate to have him.
