This is the friendliest home depot ever! sales rep would really do above and beyond to provide legendary costumer service very very helful and very approachable especially Ronnie and Sean.
This store has terrible customer service. I needed help with a shower extension arm and the guy helping me knew nothing. After spending 15 minutes with him, I realized he was just guessing. I asked if there was someone else who knew plumbing and he said she’s out to lunch. He then walked away to help someone else. Off to Lowe’s where they know what they’re doing. Should have gone to Lowe’s in the first place.

Customer satisfaction is NOT a priority!!!!! Had a countertop installed 6 weeks ago with the wrong backsplash. I have made over 15 phone calls to have this corrected. Now I am being told that next week a regional salesperson ( this would be week 7) will be stopping into your store, and you will consulting with them?????? I have called your corporate office, have asked them to re-open my case and I have asked for a TOTAL refund! Very good service
Stopped in to get some lumber for my bookshelf I'm building. The guy who cut my boards was extremely rude and and talked to me like I couldn't afford what I was purchasing. Cashier was nice but complained about not understanding how to punch in my purchase, manager was called over and gave an attitude about my measurements and was also very rude about me trying to help sort it out.
