The Home Depot should be ashamed of their behavior. In late August we purchased a brand new washer/dryer laundry center for our home when our old machine kicked the bucket. The initial process of getting this machine installed was a lengthy ordeal. We had to reschedule delivery, after dealing with their refusal to remove the old machine and install the new one, even though we paid for this service. I understand Home Depot is considered an essential store, then why is it the only store in Harriman/Monroe that does not have a sanitizing table? Paper towels, bleach spray bottle to disinfect the carts for customers to use? This is the only store that I have walked into and did not have these items available, BJ’s, ShopRite, Walmart and Lowe’s have them so why not Home Depot when so many people go in and out of this store? Was disappointed that I was not able to clean a cart that someone else had used before me. 😳
Horrible customer service experience. I ordered all my kitchen appliances, had a set delivery day. I went to the store the day before delivery. I was told to call the number of the independent contractor in charge of delivery. I was informed that my delivery date had been postponed 15 days. After calling Electrolux/Frigidaire, and learning that the problem was that the refrigerator was not available, I had to cancel the order, no options were given. I must comment on one of your Sales associates LisaAnn. I had an encounter with a faulty hot water tank..when I explained to her the tank was leaking all over the BM..LisaAnn went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty.... (You’re SIMPLY the BEST)
5 Stars Ty and his crew went above and beyond today (12/7/2018) to make sure I got what I came for. I needed two 45 gallon Husky storage containers. They were not on the floor. Ty got a crew together. Found me the containers I was looking for on the top shelf of storage area and made sure I got what I needed. Great job all around! 5 stars
