I had a great experience here on Saturday. I was looking for wood flooring and received solid customer service. I also needed assistance in other areas including outdoor kitchen, received help there, too. Last, I asked for help getting cleaning product information for my cloudy hardwood floor problem. The young man “Sam” took the time to ask me several questions and even read through some information to give me the best direction he could give. Thank you for such good customer service, all the while juggling other customers.
Parking lot is dangerous. My husband had all his tools stolen right out of his truck on Monday, January 15, 2018. He was in the store 15 minutes. Our insurance agent told us that there is a real problem with this in this parking lot. I prefer the Home Depot in Salinas because I don't like all the men hanging around here! I don't feel safe!!! I won't shop here again.
Waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come make a key. No help all kinds of people around in their aprons not helping one person. Off to Salinas store better service as always than seaside!
I Love Home Depot, people are helpful and they have great stuff
I have a love/hate relationship with this store, it's a great store, but help is often hard to come by. Fortunately, during my last two visits, two employees went above and beyond to renew my faith and help me out. A huge thank you to Richard from the paint department who happened to be walking by the door isle and was kind enough to help me out as much as he could, then got me someone from that department to get the door down and to the register.
